LSU CCT, LA-SiGMA, and ITS Staff Visit Baton Rouge Community College Classes
During October and November of 2012, LSU Staff visited Baton Rouge Community College classes to give a series of talks. Topics discussed included computer hardware and software, super computing, High Performance Computing, job opportunities in IT industries, network security, and problem solving. BRCC faculty and students as well as the LSU staff enjoyed the talks. The visits are part of the LA-SiGMA Workforce Development plan which aims to promote STEM education at all levels.
